Anasara Immersons

The most effective way to fully comprehend the elegance of the Principles of Alignment™ and the life affirming Tantra philosophy of Anusara Yoga™ is through Immersions.  Set up by John Friend, the Immersions have proven to be so effective that they are fast becoming a pre-requisite for further Anusara trainings.  This full 108 hour program is taught in three parts; Immersion I, Immersion II and Immersion III. 

The Immersions are for both serious students and those seeking to establish a strong foundation of excellence to become a yoga teacher in the great tradition of Anusara Yoga™.  The Immersion program is part of a larger 200 Hour Teacher Training and students may participate in one of two ways.  First, they may take it as the first module of the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training.  Second, students may simply take the individual Immersions as they wish with Immersion I as a pre-requisite to the other Immersions.  All students are welcome.
